CHICKEN SOUP:

- Hot chicken soup helps clear clogged airways.
- If possible add ginger and garlic and spicy peppers to your chicken soup

- For cold, steam inhalation is the best home remedy.
HOT AND SPICY FOOD:

GINGER AND LEMON:
Ingredients:
1 cup water
Ginger root roughly chopped
1 lemon
Instructions:
- Bring water and ginger to boil under low flame.

MILK WITH GINGER, TURMERIC POWDER AND HONEY:
