- Cut the lemon and squeeze the juice from it.
- Next dip cotton into lemon to soak up the juice.
- Rub the cotton on elbows,knees and knuckles.(OR)
- You can directly apply lemon on it.
- Leave it for 10 minutes.
- Clean the elbows and knees with warm wet cloth.
- At last apply moisturizer for elbows and knees.
- Repeat this process to get results.
