MULTANI MITTI (OR) FULLER’S EARTH FOR TAN REMOVAL

Multani mitti or fuller’s earth makes an excellent cleaning mask.

It is rich in minerals and when applied to the skin in the form of a paste

and it helps to improve circulation.

Ingredients:

Multani mitti (half spoons)

Coconut water (half spoon)

Sugar (1/4 spoon)

Instructions:

• Mix all these ingredients and apply to face.

• Leave it for 15-20 minutes.

• If possible place cucumber slices on eyes as it has cooling effect.

• Wash with Luke warm water and at last splash with cold water and wipe with clean towel.
